What it is
Entra ID Governance, Entra Private Access, Entra Internet Access, Entra ID Protection and Verified ID, as one per-user licence on top of Entra ID P1.
Included in: Not included in any suite; attaches to Entra ID P1, which is in Business Premium and the Microsoft 365 enterprise plans.

- Organisations replacing a VPN with per-application access for a remote workforce.
- Regulated companies that need access reviews and joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
- Estates that would otherwise buy Governance and Private Access separately.
