Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider programme is regional: a partner authorised in one region can only sell into that region’s list. Most resellers can invoice in one country. Below are the 131 where these entities can — with the United States covered by our headquarters location on top of that.
How to read this
The rules below are Microsoft’s, not ours. They decide who can invoice you before anyone has looked at what you need.
Microsoft fixes the billing currency per country. A Swiss entity is billed in Swiss francs whether anyone would prefer euros or not. That is why the currency sits next to every country below.
Eligibility depends on the country set in your Microsoft 365 tenant, not where your people physically sit.
A company operating out of Australia whose tenant is registered in the United Kingdom is a European customer as far as Microsoft is concerned — and we can supply them.
A company registered in Estonia whose tenant is set to the Democratic Republic of the Congo is an Africa-region customer. We cannot sell them licences, however European the company looks on paper.
If you are not sure which country your tenant is set to, ask us. It takes one look, and it is the first thing we check.
If you have entities in several of these countries, each gets a local invoice in its own currency, under one relationship and one team. That is the reason we are structured this way.

EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK
Our EU entity contracts with you, inside the EU. For VAT-registered businesses the invoice carries no VAT and you account for it under the reverse charge.

Invoiced in US dollars by our UAE entity. Four countries on this list are subject to sanctions or export controls and are assessed individually — they are marked below.

Invoiced in Australian dollars. Note that New Zealand sits in a separate Microsoft region and is not covered here. There is also almost no overlap between Australian working hours and our engineering team, so for project work with daily contact we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Invoiced in US dollars by our Hong Kong entity, CLOUDS4YOU LIMITED. Eighteen countries and territories across South-East and South Asia, including Singapore and Hong Kong — the two places where international groups most often hold a regional headquarters. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India and China each sit in their own Microsoft region and are not covered here.

Invoiced in Canadian dollars by our Canadian entity. Working hours overlap well with our European team from early morning Eastern time.

Beyond these five regions
Licensing is regional; project work is not. Here is what that means for anyone outside the five regions above.
Not by the entities above, but by IT Partner LLC — here is how the two sites divide — — our headquarters location, at o365hq.com. They hold the US authorisation, sell the licences and deliver projects with their own engineers. Same organisation, same partner programme, same twenty years. If your tenant is set to the United States, that is simply the door you come in through.
Migrations, tenant consolidation, Intune and Azure work can be delivered anywhere — only the licensing is regional. If your tenant sits in a region we are not authorised for, we can still do the engineering; you buy the subscriptions from a partner authorised locally, and we will say so plainly rather than waste your time.
Latin America, Africa, India, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil and New Zealand each require an entity registered there.
Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan and Syria appear in no CSP region at all. Neither we nor any other Microsoft partner can serve them, and the same applies to the occupied regions of Ukraine.
Country lists follow Microsoft’s published CSP regional markets, last checked September 2026. Microsoft updates them from time to time.
