Calculator

What will the migration cost, and how long will it take?

A working estimate from the same inputs we use to quote: users, tenants, data, archives, identity. It is deliberately conservative — the platform sets the schedule, not the budget — and it tells you which of your answers moved the number most.

Currency
Type of move
Users
 min. 10
Source tenants involved
Mailbox data in total
SharePoint and OneDrive data
Personal archives over 100 GB
Identity today
Downtime you can accept
Teams and SharePoint sites, roughly
Works council or regulator involved

How the estimate is built

The arithmetic, so you can argue with it

Price starts from our published per-user floor for the type of move and scales with users, then gets loaded for each source tenant beyond the first, for SharePoint volume, for identity complexity and for a no-downtime cutover. It does not go down for large volumes; effort is roughly linear.

Timeline is set by concurrency, not effort: mailboxes move around twenty at a time, so users ÷ 20 × hours per mailbox is the floor. Archives over 100 GB add weeks that run in parallel but rarely finish before everything else. A works council adds the approval timeline in parallel — why.

What it cannot know: how tangled your permissions are, how many duplicate identities exist across tenants, and how quickly your side signs decisions. Those three are why the real quote is a range with a fixed number at the end of scoping, and why scoping is free.

Consolidation is quoted only as a fixed price after scoping; the calculator shows the migration component so the order of magnitude is visible, and labels it as such.

Send us the same answers and get a fixed price back

The form asks what this calculator asks, plus the two or three things it cannot. You get a written scope, a sequence and a fixed price within one business day — and nobody rings you unless you ask.
