One organisation, two websites

Which IT Partner should you be talking to?

IT Partner is one Microsoft partner organisation with two front doors. The headquarters in the United States serves US customers at o365hq.com. This site, itpartnerhq.com, is the international one. The rule for which is yours is short: it follows the country set in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Eligibility follows the tenant’s country setting, not the office address. A company operating from Texas with a tenant registered in the UK is a European customer for these purposes.

Why two sites at all

Same engineers, different authorisations

Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider programme is regional. Each region needs a locally authorised entity, so the licensing has to be sold from the right place. The engineering does not care where it is sold from.

What is the same

The partner programme, the Solutions Partner designations, the engineering practice and the twenty years. Complex delivery draws on the same people whichever entity holds the contract: migrations and consolidations by the European team, Azure and development by the US engineers. The 1,100 organisations under management are counted across both.

What is different

The legal entity that contracts with you, the currency on the invoice, and the support model. The US headquarters bundles break-fix support with licensing; the international entities bill support by the hour with no retainer. If a US client’s testimonial on this site mentions support at no cost, that is the US model.

If you are in the United States

Go to o365hq.com. It holds the US authorisation, publishes US pricing, and the team there will not need to redirect you. If you have already written to us here, we will pass it across and tell you we have.

If you are anywhere else

You are in the right place. Check the country list for your billing currency, or just describe the situation and we will confirm which entity contracts with you in the first reply.

A group with entities on both sides

US parent, European subsidiaries — or the reverse

This is common, and it is where having two entities under one roof is the point rather than a complication. The US entity invoices the US tenant in dollars; the European entity invoices the German and British ones in euros and sterling. One relationship, one engineering team, one consolidation plan if the tenants ever need to merge. Start on whichever site matches the parent; we coordinate the rest internally.

Still not sure?

Tell us the countries. We will tell you the door.

One line with where your entities and tenants are. You get back which entity contracts with which, in what currency, and whether the US headquarters should be in the conversation.
