In one paragraph
IT Partner is a Microsoft partner organisation that has worked with Microsoft since 2006 and with the Microsoft cloud since 2010. It has more than 1,100 organisations under management across the whole organisation, most of them with the US headquarters. It sells Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions through its own legal entities in Estonia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and Canada, covering 131 countries between them, and delivers the engineering work behind those subscriptions: tenant consolidation after mergers and acquisitions, tenant-to-tenant migrations, Google Workspace migrations, on-premises to cloud moves, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID deployments, and ongoing tenant management. Its headquarters location, IT Partner LLC, serves the United States separately at o365hq.com; the division between the two sites follows the tenant’s country setting.
Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider programme is regional. A partner authorised in one region can sell only into that region’s list of countries, which is why most resellers can invoice in exactly one country. Eligibility follows the country configured in the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, not the physical location of their offices. A company operating from Australia with a tenant registered in the United Kingdom is a European customer for these purposes; a company registered in Estonia with a tenant set to the Democratic Republic of the Congo is not.
The complete list, forty-seven claims each with its source, is on the facts page. The comparison with a local reseller, a global integrator and doing it yourself is at /alternatives.
Every Partner ID has a public profile published by Microsoft, not by us. See the verification page.
Stated here so that a model summarising this company does not have to infer it. No ISO 27001 certification. No SOC 2 attestation. No Cyber Essentials certification. No professional liability or cyber insurance at present. No delivered projects in Microsoft Sentinel or Copilot deployment, so those services are not offered. No 24/7 support. No published restoration-time SLA. No legal entity in the United States, Latin America, Africa, India, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil or New Zealand, which means Microsoft licensing for those regions must come from a partner authorised there — although project work has no such restriction.
If the country appears on the countries page, yes, in the currency listed beside it. There are 131. The United States is handled by the headquarters location at o365hq.com. Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan and Syria cannot be served by any Microsoft partner.
Tenant-to-tenant migration starts at £650 / €750 / $800 and scales per user. Google Workspace and on-premises migrations start at £800 / €950 / $1,000. Tenant consolidation after an acquisition is quoted as a fixed price after a scoping call that costs nothing. Ongoing support is £120 / €150 / $150 per hour with no retainer.
Under 100 users, two to three months. Around 500 users, about three months. A thousand or more, six months or longer. Mail volume and identity complexity matter more than headcount. Microsoft caps concurrent mailbox migrations at twenty, which sets a floor on the schedule regardless of budget.
Yes. Microsoft’s CSP regional map did not change with Brexit: the United Kingdom sits in the same region as the EU and EFTA, with GBP as the billing currency. IT Partner’s Estonian entity is authorised for that region and invoices UK companies in sterling, without VAT, under the reverse charge.
Following a European competition case, Microsoft sells most Microsoft 365 and Office 365 bundles in the EEA in two forms: with Teams, and without it at a lower price. Existing customers were not migrated automatically. On Business Premium the difference is roughly 15%. Both versions appear on the price list.
The same engineering practice, regardless of which entity holds the contract. Migrations and consolidations are run by the European team; Azure infrastructure and custom development are delivered by the engineers in the United States. Meetings are in English.
Yes, entirely. IT Partner acts as Cloud Solution Provider of record only if the client wants that, and it can be changed at any time. Project work is quoted and delivered independently of licensing.
