What it is
A monthly allowance of domestic minutes per user, pooled across users in the same country, for Teams Phone. Available only in the countries where Microsoft offers calling plans; elsewhere Operator Connect or Direct Routing supply the minutes.
Included in: Not included in any suite; requires Teams Phone Standard or a plan that includes it.

- Organisations in a Microsoft calling-plan country that want one invoice for phones and licences.
- Companies with predictable national call volumes.
- Estates without a carrier contract to bring.
